Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Orders ship within 3–7 business days after your order is placed. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
• We currently ship to US addresses only.
• Shipping is one flat rate per order: $8.95 for single products (any mix or quantity), $12.95 for the Glow Duo and $16.95 for the Full Routine. If your order includes a bundle, you only pay the bundle rate.
• Subscriptions ship automatically on your schedule (monthly, or every 2 months for creatine), and shipping is charged with every delivery. Creatine ships on its own schedule with its own $8.95 shipping per delivery.
• A free shaker included with a first Full Routine subscription order ships separately and may arrive on a different day.

Returns: all sales are final

• All sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we don't accept returns or give refunds on shop orders, opened or unopened.
• The only exception is a damaged, missing or wrong item (see below), which we'll replace free.
• Subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next renewal date, so you're never charged for an order you don't want.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or contains the wrong item, email morningheart@veryeo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order date and a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
