These terms apply to your use of the MorningHeart website and program, operated by MorningHeart (a Veryeo brand). By creating an account, purchasing, or using MorningHeart, you agree to these terms.

1. Health and safety

MorningHeart provides general fitness information, not medical advice. You agree to read and follow our Medical Disclaimer, to consult your doctor before starting, and to exercise at your own risk.

2. Your account

You need a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since login links are sent there. Please let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Purchases and access

• Week 1 is free. The MorningHeart 8-Week Program is a one-time payment of $100 USD (plus any applicable taxes).
• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the full program for as long as MorningHeart operates it (“lifetime access”). If we ever discontinue the program, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to keep the core content.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Refunds are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

The program is for your personal use. Please don't share your login, or copy, record, resell, redistribute or publicly post our workouts, videos or written content without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on MorningHeart, including workouts, text, videos, images, logos and design, belongs to MorningHeart (a Veryeo brand) or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

6. Shop and waitlist

Joining the shop waitlist doesn't create any obligation to buy. Any launch discount (such as 15% off launch day) is offered at our discretion and may have terms that we'll share at launch.

7. Changes to the program

We may update, improve or change program content from time to time. We may also update these terms; if the changes are important, we'll let you know.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MorningHeart is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee any particular results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorningHeart (a Veryeo brand) is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from your use of the program, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using MorningHeart at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms (for example, by sharing paid content).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state or country where MorningHeart (a Veryeo brand) is registered.
